BE Human Circles

Small, cross-sector gatherings that create space for reflection and dialogue between emerging leaders and established changemakers to listen, surface insights, and co-create a shared vision of what “human leadership” looks like in the age of AI.

Circles are held at major events, conferences, and private convenings that span SXSW, Clinton Global Initiative, United Nations General Assembly as well as community-led gatherings in hubs around the nation. This includes BE Here pop-ups to celebrate the business, impact and culture that is re-centering humanity at the heart of technological progress.

A tool designed to capture and celebrate what it means to lead with humanity in the age of artificial intelligence.

This call to action asks contributors to weigh in on their thoughts on questions like - What does it mean to be more human in the age of AI? What will leaders need to succeed in the future?

BE Human and Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management are co-creating scalable curriculum that blends hands-on AI upskilling with EQ-driven leadership development. Participants gain practical AI capabilities alongside training in EQ, communication, and values-based decision-making—so they can lead teams, shape creative strategy, and stay competitive as tools evolve.

BE Human Narrative Playbook

BE Human is combining workforce training with culture change, beginning in the entertainment and creative industries where narratives are shaped at scale. Partnering with the Impact Guild to train writers, producers, and cultural storytellers through a Narrative Playbook, we aim to inspire and incentivize new content, modeling human-led AI adoption through entertainment and media and shifting cultural norms about who thrives in the future of work. BE Human will also collaborate with She is the Music to connect and support women in the music industry, and Arizona State University California Center’s Walter Cronkite fellowship for next-gen women media leaders.
